"Easy cancellation"
I ended up canceling my order, and it was no problem at all. Super simple. No hassle, no back and forth. Just got it taken care of.

"Payment went through, but it was a bit stressful"
I was able to pay for my order without any major problems, but the confirmation took longer than I expected. For a while I wasn’t sure if the payment had gone through, which was annoying. It worked out in the end, but the whole process felt less smooth than it should have.

"Goggles came quicker than expected"
I ordered some goggles from SwimINN and they showed up faster than I was expecting. The tracking worked fine the whole way too, so I wasn’t left wondering where they were. No problems at all, happy with it overal.

"Decent swimsuit, shipping ruined the deal"
I found a swimsuit on Swiminn for a good price, but the shipping ended up making it feel not really worth it. The full cost didn’t show clearly until checkout, by that point the total was way higher than I expected. The order did arrive fine and the swimsuit itself was okay, so I don’t really have an issue with the product. I just don’t think I’d order again unless the shipping gets cheaper, it’s annoying to save money on the item and then basically pay it all back in delivery.

"Easy fix for a cracked case"
My swim goggles showed up with the case cracked, which I’m guessing happened during shipping. I sent swiminn a couple of photos and a quick explanation, and they got back to me fast! They offered a replacement without turning it into a hassle. It took a few days to sort out, but everything was fine in the end... nice, easy support and I’d order from them again.

"They Actually Had the Goggles in Stock"
I ordered a pair of goggles that were listed as in stock, and I was half expecting some customer service runaround or a cancellation email later. But they really did have them. The order shipped the next day with no weird delay or hassle. Happy with how it went.

I ordered a swimsuit and goggles from swiminn, everything showed up exactly like I picked it. The sizes were right, the colors were right, and the items were right, so no returns, no hassle, no drama. I was a little nervous after seeing some mixed reviews online, but my order was totally fine. Simple, simple process, packed accurately, and nothing was missing. I'd order from them again.

"Fair support, even if a bit slow"
My goggles started having an issue after just a few weeks, which was frustrating. Swiminn did take a while to get back to me, so the process wasn’t exactly quick, but they ended up handling the warranty and sending a replacement. Not the fastest service, but I’d say they were fair and did the right thing in the end.

"Easy return and fair shipping"
I had to return one item, and the shipping cost was actually reasonable, not super high like I was expecting. They showed the cost clearly before I sent it back, so there weren’t any surprise fees. Overall, it was actually a easy process, and I’d use Swiminn again.

Of course, one of my items was missing when the order showed up, which was frustrating because that kind of thing always seems to happen to me. I had to contact support, but to be fair, they fixed it quickly and got it sorted out. Still annoying that I had to deal with it in the first place, but thanks to support for handling it fast.

"Great Experience Overall"
Everything went smoothly, and I’m really happy with the purchase. The only thing that caught me off guard was the customs fees, which I wasn’t expecting. Other than that, the service was solid and the quality gave me confidence that I made a good choice.

I like shopping here because the prices are usually reasonable, but it was a little frustrating that some sizes were out again. I was hoping to grab what I needed without spending more somewhere else, so hopefully they restock soon.

"Item Was Fine, But the Packaging Wasn't"
The item did arrive okay, so I’m not saying the product itself was a problem. But the packaging was disappointing. The box was thin and showed up half crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, so the swim item was just sliding around in there. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but this really felt like it could’ve been packed with a lot more care. Delivery itself was fine, but if this is how they normally package things, I’d be hesitant to order again.

"Super easy order and clear updates"
I ordered from swiminn what more could you ask for? The communication was really clear from start to finish. I got emails when the order was confirmed, when it shipped, and updates on where it was along the way. No chasing anyone, no wondering what was going on, no stress. The package arrived just fine too. Easy 5 stars from me.

"Decent for the Price"
It’s okay for the money, nothing amazing but it does the job. I’m not totally disappointed, but I’m also not sure I’d stick with it if the quality doesn’t improve a bit. I might look elsewhere next time.

My order from swiminn was fine overall. The checkout though, it felt kind of slow and not very clear in some parts. I had to check again the shipping cost and delivery time because near the end it changed a bit. Payment went through no problem, so that was good. Not a bad experience really, just smoother it could be...
